1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing uhtech.solutions or engaging UH Tech for development services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services

UH Tech provides software development services including Wix Velo development, Next.js / MERN applications, Shopware 6 plugins, and automation. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of any project are agreed in a separate written proposal or agreement.

3. Quotes & Payment

Project pricing is provided on a per-project basis. Payment terms, milestones, and any deposit requirements are defined in the project agreement before work begins.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered project code transfers to the client. UH Tech may reuse general, non-client-specific techniques, patterns, and internal libraries developed during the engagement.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client materials, credentials, and business information as confidential and do not disclose them to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a best-effort professional basis. To the extent permitted by law, UH Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered software.
